What Is It?
This is our most exclusive coaching experience perfect for clients who want full attention, accelerated progress, and zero distractions.
Each session is 50 minutes with a coach focused entirely on you: your movement, your form, and your goals. It’s coaching at the highest level every rep adjusted in real-time, every session customized to your needs, every obstacle met with a solution.
Imagine if your goal wasn’t just a great workout, but a great rep every time.
That’s what 1-on-1 delivers.
And here's the truth: not every day will go as planned. Some days you’ll feel off, or something will hurt and when that happens, we’ll adjust your session on the fly, based on exactly what your body needs

Semi-Private Personal Training
What Is It?
Our semi-private approach gives you all the benefits of personalized coaching tailored to your goals, your lifestyle, and your body but at half the cost of 1-on-1, with more flexibility.
You’ll train in a small group of up to 4 clients, each following their own individualized program. This setup gives you focused coaching and real-time feedback, while also creating connection, accountability, and support with others on a similar path.
This is a great option if you want the structure of personal coaching without the intensity of being watched every second. Like many of our clients, you want to know exactly what to do, have a coach available when needed, and enjoy training with others without feeling like you're under a spotlight.
You’ll also get:
-
Customized nutrition coaching
-
Habit-tracking and workout software
-
A program for days when you're not training with a coach
-
Support between sessions via our app

Is Semi-Private Right For You?
You want a program built for you, not just a random WOD
You’re comfortable training around others
You enjoy structure but don’t need 100% attention every rep
You want more frequency without paying premium rates
You value community, momentum, and sustainable results
Because it's more affordable, most clients train more frequently which means faster results, stronger habits, and more momentum.
What’s the Difference Between 1-on-1 and Semi-Private Training?
Both options include:
-
Fully personalized workouts
-
Nutrition Coaching
-
Progress tracking and habit support
-
Access to our coaching app
-
Real-time coaching and adjustments
The biggest difference?
If you want results and flexibility at a great value, semi-private is your move.
If you want complete focus, feedback, and privacy go 1-on-1.
Semi-private gives you that same personalized program but you’ll train in a small group, where the coach is actively guiding 2–4 clients at once. You still get feedback and support just not every rep, every second.
In 1-on-1 sessions, your coach is focused on you and only you the entire time. That means deeper feedback, real-time adjustments, and more time to talk through nutrition, movement issues, and strategy. It’s a slower pace with full attention.
